Sprint Sound & Speed 2006, Presented by SunTrust
The inaugural Sprint Sound & Speed, Presented by SunTrust event was a great success. Fans interacted with the stars of the NASCAR and Country Music worlds. They participated in driver/artist Q&A sessions, autograph sessions, viewed the NASCAR Nextel Cup show cars, enjoyed a headliner concert featuring top talents Keith Anderson, Leann Rimes, and Montgomery Gentry, and took part in many other fan experiences.
The greatest success of the event was the impact it had on the charities it supports. With the support of the sponsors and attendees of the 2006 event, Sprint Sound & Speed, Presented by SunTrust was able to donate $300,000 to the Victory Junction Gang Camp and the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum. Without the great support and encouragement of all the fans that attended the event, this would not have been possible! Thanks for coming out. We look forward to making next year’s event even better!
